We don't use pushy sales tactics. Our role is to give you accurate information so you can make the right decision for your situation.
We currently service the greater Sydney metropolitan area, extending approximately 50km from the CBD. Properties outside this zone may incur a travel surcharge—just ask when you enquire.
For ongoing maintenance, we prefer to see the property first to give an accurate quote. Gardens vary significantly, and phone estimates often miss important details that affect pricing.
For regular maintenance, we can usually accommodate new clients within two weeks. Spring is our busiest season—book early if you want to start before October.
Light rain doesn't stop us. Heavy rain or dangerous conditions mean we reschedule to the next available day, usually within 48 hours. You're never charged for visits that don't happen.
